Founded in 2003 and located in Tianqu Industrial Park, Dezhou City, Shandong Province, Dezhou Zhongke New Materials Co., Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise focusing on the research and development (R&D), manufacturing and innovation of concrete admixtures—our core product line. We also integrate concrete production and specialize in technological innovation across the entire concrete industry chain. Covering an area of 42,000 square meters, we have built a comprehensive, integrated "R&D-Production-Application" ecosystem centered on concrete admixtures, providing high-quality, advanced products and one-stop material solutions for infrastructure development.

Concrete admixtures are our core competitive products, and our main product portfolio is built around this core, covering a full range of high-performance concrete admixtures with advanced polycarboxylate high-performance water-reducing admixtures as our flagship product, as well as high-performance concrete and cement-based materials (including grouting agents and post-tensioning grouts). Our concrete admixtures boast outstanding advantages: independently developed through our strong R&D capabilities, they feature high efficiency, stability, environmental friendliness and strong adaptability, which can effectively improve concrete workability, strength, durability and construction efficiency. These high-quality products are carefully manufactured to fully meet the diverse and stringent demands of various engineering projects, including building construction, transportation networks (highways, high-speed railways, bridges, tunnels), airports, water transportation, hydropower projects and water conservancy projects.

Production Capacity & Business Units

Our operations are divided into two synergistic divisions, ensuring a stable supply chain and comprehensive service capabilities: the Concrete Admixtures Division and the Concrete Division.

1. Concrete Admixtures Division

We operate a modern production base equipped with intelligent management systems (DCS automatic control).

Annual Capacity:

100,000 tons of High-performance concrete admixtures.

50,000 tons of cement-based materials.

Production Lines: 8 Polycarboxylate superplasticizer lines, 2 Naphthalene-based lines, and 1 High-performance cement-based material line.

2. Concrete Division

In-house Capacity: 200,000 m³/year of high-performance concrete.

Total Supply Capability: Through coordination with our sister company, Dezhou Jinxin Concrete Co., Ltd., we achieve an annual supply capacity of up to 1 million cubic meters.

Technology & R&D

We adhere to a "Technology-Driven" development strategy, fostering a "Research-Production-Application" ecosystem.

R&D Center: A 2,100 m² facility equipped with over 50 sets of advanced instruments.
