Product Description
ZK-9F features a specially designed and optimized molecular structure. While maintaining a high waterreducing rate, it imparts excellent slump retention to concrete. This product is ideally suited for various concrete projects with stringent dual requirements for both workability and flowability retention.
Uses
ZK-9F has been developed for use in:
u High-strength and high-performance concrete
u Pumped concrete for high-rise buildings
u Self-Compacting Concrete
u Mass concrete
u Precast concrete
Advantages
u Balancing high dispersibility with long-term slump retention, the slump loss of concrete is less than 5% at 2 hours.
u It retards the cement hydration rate, delaying the cement hydration peak by more than 3 hours.
u It effectively reduces the viscosity of fresh concrete, maintains its plasticity, and lowers pumping pressure.
u It reduces the concrete's sensitivity to the clay content in sand and gravel aggregates.
u It significantly enhances the cohesiveness of concrete, effectively preventing segregation and bleeding, thereby improving the overallappearance quality.
u It optimizes the proportion of cement in the binder, thereby saving costs and reducing carbonemissions.
u The concrete exhibits excellent strength development at both early and later ages.
u It reduces the risk of concrete shrinkage and cracking, while enhancing the density and durability of the concrete.

Dosage
The recommended dosage of ZK-9F is 0.3% –0.6% by weight of the total binder (liquid form). The exact dosage should be determined through laboratory testing based on the specific material properties and engineering requirements of the project.
Technical support
Should customers encounter any unresolved technical issues during application, Zoncore can provide professional technical advice remotely. On-site technical service is also available if necessary.
Compatibility
u ZK-9F is generally compatible with Portland cement and commonly used mineral admixtures, subject to laboratory verification.
u ZK-9F should not be used in combination with other types of admixtures unless verified by laboratory testing.
Health and Safety
u ZK-9F is a non-toxic, non-flammable liquid with no irritating odor. It is not classified as a hazardous chemical.
u It is recommended to wear standard personal protectiveequipment (PPE), such as gloves and safety goggles, during handling.
uAvoid direct contact with skin and eyes. Do not ingest. In case of accidental contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
Packaging and Storage
u It is recommended to use plastic containers for storage andtransportation.
u ZK-9F is available in four packaging options: 200L drums and 1,000L IBC tanks, 16,000L flex tanks, and 24,000L flextanks.
uWhen stored at temperatures between 2°C and 50°C, the shelf life of ZK-9F should not exceed 12 months. If the storage period exceeds this limit, please contact Zoncore for further advice.
