Jinxin Concrete precisely allocates production resources to ensure the continuity of the pouring process, while Zhongke New Materials provides technical support with high-efficiency admixtures to guarantee that concrete performance meets standards. As the concrete supplier for the project, our affiliate, Dezhou Jinxin Concrete Co., Ltd., attaches great importance to the specific technical requirements for concrete impermeability, frost resistance, and corrosion resistance. Dezhou Zhongke New Materials Co., Ltd. actively collaborated by conducting customized adaptation, R&D, and application of admixtures. During the project implementation, both parties successfully addressed multiple construction challenges with their robust technical capabilities, demonstrating exceptional engineering adaptability:
★ Adaptability to Multi-Season Construction: Spanning all four seasons (winter, spring, summer, and autumn), precise mix proportion control ensured consistent concrete color and workability, with surface laitance controlled to within 2 cm.
★ Complex Structural Appearance Quality: By optimizing mix proportions and craftsmanship, the team successfully resolved the issue of air bubbles associated with wooden formwork, achieving a high-standard fair-faced concrete finish.
★ Integration of Impermeability, Frost Resistance, and Aesthetics: Under complex conditions such as the hyperbolic structure of the cooling tower, the project simultaneously met freeze-thaw resistance requirements and fair-faced concrete aesthetic standards.
★ Safe Ultra-High Pumping: Breaking through technical barriers of pumping to heights exceeding 100 meters, the team effectively controlled the risk of pipe blockage by optimizing the mix design and equipment management.
★ Continuous Construction of Mass Concrete: Successfully completed the pouring of a 950 cubic meter ring beam in a single slab, ensuring stable quality and excellent visual appearance.
