ZK-9P is a powdered polycarboxylate high-performance water-reducing admixture specifically developed for dry-mix mortar products and manufactured via the spray drying process. Through the synergistic effect of steric hindrance and electrostatic repulsion, it achieves highly efficient dispersion and stable slump retention, endowing mortar products with excellent fresh workability, mechanical properties, and long-term durability.

Uses

ZK-9P has been developed for use in:

u Grouting materials, duct grouting materials, repair mortars, self-leveling mortars, waterproofing mortars, thermal insulation mortars, and other dry-mix mortar products.

u Gypsum-based materials, refractory materials, and ceramic products.

Dosage

The recommended dosage of ZK-9P is 0.1% –0.5% by weight of the total binder. The exact dosage should be determined through laboratory testing based on the specific material properties and engineering requirements of the project.

Compatibility

u ZK-9P is compatible with all types of Portland cement and mineral admixtures, such as fly ash, ground granulated blast-furnace slag (GGBS), and silica fume.

u ZK-9P should not be used in combination with other types of admixtures unless verified by laboratory testing.

Health and Safety

u ZK-9P is a non-toxic, non-flammable powder with no irritating odor, and is not classified as a hazardous chemical.

u It is recommended to wear standard personal protective equipment (PPE), such as gloves and safety goggles, during handling.

u Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes. Do not ingest. In case of accidental contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water.

Packaging and Storage

u ZK-9P is packaged in 25 kg/bag (woven bags with an inner PE film liner).

u Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place. Keep away from direct sunlight and rain.

u If caking occurs due to stacking pressure, crushing the lumps will not affect the product's performance.

u Use as soon as possible after opening and avoid exposure to moisture.
