This product is a high-performance polycarboxylate-based water-reducing agent synthesized via free-radical copolymerization technology, with C6 polyether macromer as the core raw material.

Its molecular structure is characterized by a high-density branched chain, which significantly enhances the concrete’s water-reducing efficiency and slump retention performance. It features low dosage, high water reduction, excellent slump retention, low shrinkage, high cost-effectiveness, and is environmentally friendly—free of formaldehyde—and is therefore the preferred choice for ready-mixed concrete. This product is a powerful high-range water reducer that combines extreme water reduction with stability and early strength, making it perfect for high-performance structural concrete and commercial applications.

Precautions: Seal tightly, avoid direct sunlight, and protect from freezing.

Corrosion Warning: It has a slight corrosive effect on iron containers. Prolonged storage in iron containers will cause the contents to turn pale reddish-brown. It is non-toxic, has a mild acidic odor, and is non-flammable.

6. Important Precautions

Do not mix with naphthalene sulfonate water reducers, melamine-based water reducers, or aliphatic water reducers.

Synergistic Use: Typically, it needs to be used in combination with polycarboxylate slump-retaining agents to further reduce the loss of concrete slump over time. Due to its excellent initial workability retention performance, it can be directly mixed with Type II or Type III polycarboxylate slump-retaining agents when formulating finished products.
