ZK-9S is a new generation of fully water-soluble, solidflake polycarboxylate high-performance water-reducingadmixture.Synthesized via free-radical copolymerization of polyether monomers at low temperatures, it achieves highly efficient dispersion and stable slump retentionthrough the synergistic effect of steric hindrance and electrostatic repulsion.

ZK-9S has been developed for use in:

Advantages
u It significantly reduces transportation costs and saves storage space.
uIt features a fast dissolution rate. It is recommended to prepare it into a liquid with a solid content of 20%–40% before use.

Dosage
The recommended dosage of ZK-9S is 0.1% –0.3% by weight of the total binder. The exact dosage should be determined through laboratory testing based on the specific material properties and engineering requirements of the project.

Compatibility
uZK-9S is generally compatible with Portland cement and commonly used mineral admixtures, subject to laboratory verification.
u ZK-9S should not be used in combination with other types of admixtures unless verified by laboratory testing.
Health and Safety
u ZK-9S is a non-toxic, non-flammable solid with no irritating odor, and is not classified as a hazardous chemical.
u It is recommended to wear standard personal protectiveequipment (PPE), such as gloves and safety goggles, during handling.
uAvoid direct contact with skin and eyes. Do not ingest. Incase of accidental contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
Packaging and Storage
uZK-9S is packaged in 25 kg/bag (woven bags with an inner PE film liner).
u Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place. Keep away from direct sunlight and rain.
u If caking occurs due to stacking pressure, crushing thelumps will not affect the product's performance.
u Use as soon as possible after opening, and avoid exposure to moisture.
