Product Description
ZK-SO2 is a material primarily composed of aluminates, carbonates, and stabilizers. When added to concrete, it promotes the hydration reaction of cement, thereby achieving rapid setting and hardening.
ZK-S02 has been developed for use in:
Underground Engineering: Shotcrete Construction for Mine Shafts,Traffic Tunnels, and Subway Support
Emergency Reinforcement:Leak Sealing for Dams, Emergency Slope Support, and Rapid Repair of Damaged Structures
Military & National Defense: Scenarios requiring rapid setting and early strength, such as civil air defense worksand bunker construction
Advantages
Significant Acceleration Effect:With an appropriate dosage, the initial setting time can be less than 2 minutes and the final setting time can be less than 4 minutes. This excellent acceleration effect helps reduce concrete rebound.
High Early Strength: 1-day compressive strength ≥7.0MPa, ensuring early-stage stability of the project.
◆ Excellent Workability: Highly compatible with Portlandcement, featuring a low rebound rate and high spray density.
•Outstanding Cost-Effectiveness:The recommended dosage is only 4%-6% (by weight of binder), offering excellent cost-performance.
Precautions
The recommended dosage is 4%-6% by weight of binder. The exact dosage should be verified through testing.
It is recommended to use non-retarding water reducers for fresh concrete.
◆ Fresh concrete should possess good water retention and workability.
Curing should commence within 4 hours afterspraying and last for at least 14 days to preventshrinkage cracking.
•This product has slight corrosivity. In case of contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.Homogeneity Indicators
